At Proud Mary Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase, while quality concerns regarding coffee will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that roasted coffee beans are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged during transit.
Pack and Ship
Once your return is authorized, securely package your items and send them back to our roastery using the provided shipping label or a tracked courier service.
Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
